2. Binding Sales:

- We facilitate binding sales on behalf of sellers. However, it's essential to note that SOKO is not a direct party to the transaction between the seller and the buyer.

3. Contract Formation:

- The contract for the sale and purchase of a product comes into effect between the buyer and the seller. Your commitment to buying or selling is solidified upon the buyer's confirmation of the purchase through the marketplace.

4. Governing Terms:

- The seller's terms of business will govern the contract for sale and purchase between the buyer and the seller. Despite this, specific provisions outlined below will be incorporated into the contract:

- Pricing:

- The price for a product is as stated in the relevant product listing.

- **Tax Compliance:**

- The product price must include all taxes and comply with applicable laws in force at the time.

- Additional Charges:

- Delivery charges, packaging charges, handling charges, administrative charges, insurance costs, and other ancillary charges are payable by the buyer only if expressly stated in the product listing.

- Product Quality:

- Products must meet satisfactory quality standards, be fit for the specified purpose, and conform to the product listing or any other descriptions provided by the seller.

- Seller's Warranty:

- The seller warrants that they have good title to, and are the sole legal and beneficial owner of the products. Products should not be subject to any third-party rights or restrictions, including intellectual property rights, criminal, insolvency, or tax investigations or proceedings.
